Tonight we will examine the life of a central-American war criminal and self purported revolutionary who helped shape the drug scene of Vice City during that magical decade that was the 1980s. We will follow not just his life story but also the lives of his daughter and right hand man whose own stories in the sunshine state are inextricably linked to this very influential man. We will see revolutions, yacht parties and an intense hatred for the French (I hate the damn French) that even this reporter cannot hope to match, as we take a look at the life of Colonel Juan Garcia Cortez, his daughter Mercedes and his right hand; Gonzalez.
