It turns out that the judge recused himself because he actually worked for a lawsuit that worked for The Walt Disney Company. Judge Robert S. Draper, has said that he will self-disqualify himself due to his conflict of interest in the case. Then we talk about some evidence from Marvel legal that seems to indicate that Disney KNEW they needed to renegotiate the contract with ScarJo. Hmm...
