At 19:00 if you've replayed the last Yeti Game you should have an Unlock Potion.

At 38:10 to take off the Sledbots unharmed walk in zigzag and don't try to collect more than one Sound Shot at a time. Stay away from the icy holes otherwise you'll be temporarily frozen thus vulnerable, and from the walls to not stay stuck. The farther you'll be from them the better you'll see which Sound Shot is fired to have time to shoot it. It's weird that they aren't mentionned in the Journal.
