Part 1: High Voltage Regulation (well done)
Part 2: C-library driver (half done)
Part 3: 24 Neon Lamp clock
Low level hardware programming is very fun, but not everyone is into it, and it also can be overwhelming complicated. A high quality c based library solved this problem. With this library, anyone with some c programming skills can program this board easily. The neon lamps can be controlled with 5 brightness levels. One function to write to 74HC595 and automatically balances the output voltage based on the amount of neon lamps switched ON and finely tunes the brightness in 5 steps. This is simply not possible without the use of the load-based feedback loop.
