Mods you will need: 0:22
Booster needs to be on the HOLD column, it can be on low or high as well, but medium works best for the car I chose. If you have a bigger car you can select high. I could not make a tank fly :( too heavy.
You will only need two mods unlocked Directional and Orientation.

How to attach the tether: 0:58
Basically you have to attach 2 tethers or more on each side of the car, in the same place and direction. And you have to start from the top, so when you will press F (or the PS4 /XBOX key) the boosters will push the car from the ground,
