In many ways a predecessor to Duke Grabowski (also featured on this channel). The cutscenes don't play because of a bug with the game. I had to rename a DLL to keep it from crashing, and losing the cutscenes was the side effect of that. You'll have to look at the cutscenes in someone else's playthrough I guess!
