So today the 17th my chest hurts soooo bad because of this video. It is on fire and it burns this is all because of yesterday let me tell you about it. Yester day I did a stream like normal starting at 7 o'clock buut last minute I came up with this idea that I would do 10 push ups for every like then 50 push ups for every share. When I came up with these rules I planned on having about 1 or 2 people share the stream and then like 10-20 people like the stream so on the high end about 300 push ups well. This is not what ended up happening at all it quickly turned into 490 push ups and then I decided to crank it up to 500 for the nice round number.
Obviously we could no do 500 straight push ups so I went ahead and broke it down into 20 sets of 25 which wasn't nearly as bad. Still by the end of the push ups which was supposed to only be the start of the stream I did not feel capable of aiming accurately at all in tarkov so I switched to TFT super fun stream plan on doing more content training and workout based in the future!
