One of the finest penetration testing Linux Distros available, formally known as BackTrack.
Here we have a preview of Kali 1.0, there are so many Security testing tools here that I can't possibly show you them all in one video.

Kali can be used as a Live CD, or installed alongside Windows or another Linux distro.

To be used responsibly on your own system and not just for hacking into your neighbours wireless network. Not that Im suggesting anything... But it does come with a lot of kernel customisations to enable packet injections into WLAN's.

There is plenty of documentation on the website if you are having trouble with any of the tools.
