Turkish Government are no longer supporting Pardus Linux, but the project has been picked up by the community and development is continuing.
Pardus has traditionally been a nice KDE distro, it still has quite a nice styling, however its only in Turkish. There is a note on the website that other languages maybe added at a later date.

This is a video review of Pardus Kurumsal 2013 KDE Edition.
Review Score -- 70% I'm more than happy to increase this score once more languages are added.
