You unlock this fighter by clearing all three difficulties (deaths don't penalize), then press the right (sorry the view is different here) to switch fighters. I will warn you though, it's not as good as Kamui herself.

Pros: Much faster firing rate for basic attacks, Overweapon has Wide coverage.

Cons: Overweapon Damage power is significantly weaker than Kamui's Standard Overweapon, No Basic attack coverage.

While shot eraser is good for a wide area to stop most enemy/boss spreading attacks, I actually had a hard time even in training compared to the basic one being more supreme. Also it's not as strong...
