While it is stated that the KaOS team is very pleased with the February release of a new stable ISO , the system comes with Plasma 5 as the default desktop environment, as well as the latest version 5.27.0 .It is said to come with it. The system is also available in KDE Frameworks 5.103.0 and KDE Gear 22.12.2. System configured on 6.1.11 Linux kernel; IWD 2.3, OpenSSH 9.2p1, MPFR 4.2.0, CLang/LLVM 15.0.7, Libtiff 4.5.0, Sqlite 3.40.1, Networkmanager 1.42.0, Systemd 252.5, Python 3.10.10, Dracut 059, ZFS 2.1.9, It includes up-to-date packages such as Gnupg 2.4.0 and Busybox 1.36.0. Built on Qt 5.15.8+, the system includes the Big Multi-monitor Refactor, which makes working with displays much more reliable.
