KarDian Pedal's C6H806 'Vitamin C' Fuzz Distortion. Based around the classic Ram's Head Muff the Vitamin C uses five transistor/FET components rather than the commonly used four. Add 2 x EQ and anywhere-in-the[signal path compatibility plus its lava-like sound and you have one mighty fuzz. Loving the rust relic too. Nice one, KarDian!
