It looks like this is fully built as a multiplayer game, but in this video I only played solo. This may be only an early version of this game.
I think it offers a good screenful of objects to roll around and pick up, and the game runs well on my PC, even when the ball grows big. There is a button that's supposed to make the ball dash and a button that's supposed to make the ball shoot something at another ball, but in the ten minutes I played so far I didn't get those things to work. No problem, I still think this katamari fangame is neat.
