Love Love Love this mouse!
I've had this mouse for 1 year now and love it! It's really cut down on the thumb soreness that I was getting with a regular mouse...probably arthritis, boo. It took a day or two to get use to it but that's because it's so different than a standard mouse. I love the scroll ring and it's always worked well for me. The rollerball tracking is excellent and moves great between my two screens at work...I should really get one for my Mac at home now that I'm thinking about it while I type this.
You do have to pop the ball out once in a while to clean lint that's accumulated inside the ball area, but it's super easy and takes less than a minute to do it.
