Ferram Aerospace Research is a mod for Kerbal Space Program that vastly improves the aerodynamic and drag models, personally I love it. The latest version restores the old aerodynamic induced structural failures and so I tested most of the stock aircraft and B9 Stock aircraft to see whether they hold together under stress.

The answer is generally no. I don't think this is a bad thing by any means. Also note the liberal use of lifiting body aerodynamics to 'glide' things without any wings.
