Here's my M.A.S.K Condor from the TV cartoon series of the 1980s (requires KSP 1.7.3), with rotating chopper blades and a back wheel that becomes the tail rotor!

In case you need a refresher: Mobile Armored Strike Kommand (MASK) is a special task force, that operates transforming armored vehicles in their ongoing battle against the criminal organization Vicious Evil Network Of Mayhem (VENOM). The Condor was a motorcycle that could transform into a helicopter, driven most often by Brad Turner with his "Hocus Pocus" mask.

Flight controls:
shift/control = main throttle, controls rear wheel drive in motorcycle mode, main and tail rotor in helicopter mode
g = extend/retract landing gear
1 = toggle motorcycle/helicopter mode
2 = set rotors and servos to helicopter mode
3 = set rotors and servos to motorcycle mode
