00:06 I also want to ask you about Trayce. I saw where he's gonna play for Santa Cruz tomorrow, here. Is that just to give him some time and how do you sort of view what's his role and how it's changed? It changed pretty dramatically, here.
00:19 He's just out of the rotation, but it doesn't mean he can't get back in and that's usually how it works, so I've talked to him and he totally understands. Tomorrow is just about getting rhythm and we're here at Chase and so he'll get a really good run. And I would wager almost anything that in these last, whatever we have, 19 games, he'll find his his way in the rotation at some point. So you just gotta stay ready for that.

00:54 Hey Coach, I know this only the second time you get an opportunity to play against the Pistons, but when you look at the film and you just look at the growth this team has taken, what has just been your overall thoughts on the job coach JB Bickerstaff has done with the squad?
01:07 JB has been amazing. That team has built an identity that they lacked a year ago. They're a two-way team, excellent defensively and they really get after you, cause turnovers and then they've added more shooting and I think everything just seems to make more sense this year, the roster, the lineups, the way they're playing, it's a testament to JB. It's also a testament to the younger players, getting better. And this is how it works. It takes time and so it all seems to be coming together and I'm really, really happy for JB and Luke (Walton) and their group.
01:51 Steve, Quinten looked like, from afar, that maybe the Knicks game wasn't his greatest, but then the Nets game a couple days later, looked like he was stronger. He was better. What kind of things are you emphasizing to him and where do you see him making the biggest strides in this time he's had with you?
02:09 I think just the physical strength, he can add some of that to be able to stand up to guys like he's gonna play against tonight, duren and Isaiah Stewart. He saw in the next game, they guarded him with Cam Payne. We threw him the ball in the post and he got into a little bit of a rush and didn't score the next night. Same situation, the Nets put a small on him, he got into the post, he took his time, he went down in there and scored. So literally, one game and he already got better in that area, so he's a sponge. He's really smart and tough and competitive and he's picking up stuff all the time. What I feel good about is, every time he goes in the game, he seems to make a positive impact and he believes in himself, so he's gonna be here for many years.
