Both of us still making steady progress on just about every exercise. I had to substitute using a technique that I used to do for these years ago by doing them off of a bench because I got something going on with my glute/ham tie-in and lower back area, so instead of taking them all the way down to the floor Im focusing on the top half of the movement until I get in with my massage therapist and start getting this issue addressed. Felt alright, but not nearly as good as starting from the floor.
