In the final level, go to the "C" cell and press the button. Then go back left to the "Z" cell and press the button to lock yourself in. This will NOT erase any of your save data. You have three opportunities to get the achievement, as it is missable: after completing normal mode (the circle when creating a new game), hardcore mode (the square when creating a new game), and in the only level of "epilogue" mode (the triangle when creating a new game). Simple :)
