I'm one of probably like only a few who have actually obtained this achievement. In the past, it was given out to Chinese discussion forums users (the game has no English support) who had reported a major bug (and one that got fixed). I tried this over a year ago in September 2018 to no avail. Tonight, I messaged the dev on Steam as I had him on my Steam friends list still, and he told me he'd just send the item for the achievement to me. Basically, how the achievement works is the devs send an item to you through your mail in game, you accept it, then you like apply it or something (can't read Chinese so not sure exactly what's happening).
