KH Birth By Sleep Final Mix (PS4) - Master Xehanort (LV1 Critical/Terra) *No Zero EXP*
2This is without a doubt my favorite fight in the game. Xehanort doesn't really have anything cheap and he doesn't have stupid mechanics like random dodging or super armor. Your not stuck using only Shotlocks and Thunder Surge meaning you can use some more interesting things such as Command Styles and Terra's Ars Solum command without being punished for it.
It's interesting, Xehanort has none of the common Lv1 exploits like Ignite, an ally or projectiles to reflect but due to actually being a well designed fight it doesn't matter. Having the opportunity to actually use normal combos and things like Ars Solum and Rhythm Mixer makes this the best fight of Lv1 in my opinion. I'm not going to pass up a chance like this by Shotlock spamming even if it is faster.

Q: What does the title mean by "No Zero EXP"?
A: In the HD version of BBS, Zero EXP was given hidden properties to buff you up to an acceptable Strength and Magic level to actually deal damage to enemies that are way stronger then you. This also happens in the HD version of KH1 but unlike in that game, this game goes way overboard and makes it actually more viable to play the game at Level 1 then Critical Mode normally. Because of this, I am removing Zero EXP on bosses to get the true Level 1 like on the PSP version.
