3I am not kidding when I say this, but this is my single favorite boss strat in any KH ever. He is vulnerable to Ignite but I just find this strat so hilarious that I can't not do it. All you need to do is keep blocking his sword attacks until he staggers and then counter to knock him over. Once you do, you can freeze him in time and as long as you keep stopping him while he staggering, he will be stunlocked forever and can never break out.
Something worth noting is that Time Splicer is one of the few commands in the game that changes as it levels up. It's normally much shorter but every level adds an addition set of attacks. This is what Time Splicer looks like at max level.

Q: What does the title mean by "No Zero EXP"?
A: In the HD version of BBS, Zero EXP was given hidden properties to buff you up to an acceptable Strength and Magic level to actually deal damage to enemies that are way stronger then you. This also happens in the HD version of KH1 but unlike in that game, this game goes way overboard and makes it actually more viable to play the game at Level 1 then Critical Mode normally. Because of this, I am removing Zero EXP on bosses to get the true Level 1 like on the PSP version.
