Steps:
1. Download Emuhaste: http://www.mediafire.com/file/32j9luaahj5l7j4/Emuhaste+v2.55+Fix2.zip
2. Go to "[EXTRA]" and change "Real Address" to 20000000, then select OK.
3. When you have started the game, click "[SNAP PROCESS]."
4. Enter your code(s) on the right white box, and click "[EXE&APPLY]."

Note that jokers do not work with Emuhaste, and you must [SNAP PROCESS] if PCSX2 crashes or you shutdown the game.
