My first demo of the rather ace Scuzz Box gave you a taste of what it sounds like through two old school amps with the gain (Fuzz) fairly cranked. This video takes a more measured approach using a Vibrolux patch I built in the very pedal-friendly Fractal Audio Systems Axe-FX II XL+. Since Kirk runs FAS on stage (as do I) it seemed like a fitting thing to do.
The guitar is an Esquire Recyclecaster strapped together by a local friend and luthier, Ray Carlton. It's simple, solid and it rocks hard. The only thing I changed on it was the pickguard. Visit Ray's site at http://www.carltonguitars.com.au
