Figured I would demo Axel EX, since he'll be around throughout all of March as a side feature in the banners~

- Axel EX
- Tier 5
- Reversed Speed
- 2 Gauges
- AOE
- Deals 1 immensely powerful hit. Raises Speed-Based strength by 3 tiers for 1 turn, and lowers all target's Speed-Based Defense by 3 tiers for 1 turn. Damage scales with higher HP. (oops, I didn't have full HP. Stupid Dragon Maleficent -.-)
