Raises PSM Strength by 6 tiers for 1 turn, and lowers all target's PSM Defense by 4 tiers for 1 turn. Raises Upright Strength (!) by 2 tiers for 1 turn. Ignores and increases enemy counters by 1. Massively restores HP, and restores 5 Ability Gauges.
