202This is a video walkthrough / runthrough / playthrough / etc of the NES game Kid Icarus.
I've had a lot of practice with this game over the years, so it was only a matter of time when I got around to making a video for it. I go through the game and get the best ending in one playthrough. It's easy enough to do, and there's only a few things you really need to be careful of in order to get the best ending.
As far as leveling up with points at the end of the stage, I'm sure you could get to 200k before I did in the video if you really tried killing all the enemies and whatnot....
I do skip the shops at the start. As I was playing, I thought since I didn't normally bother going into the shops, I would just skip them, but thinking on it, I figured I might as well show everyone what each room was. I also don't bother with the treasure rooms except for one of them. This was because I didn't want to lose too many points needed to get the upgrades. Also, there is a trick to completing the rooms based on breaking certain vases and seeing if there are mallets in there or not.
