For some reason my Mom decided she had to have the key on her ring that I had as my "emergency key". So I had to come up with something else. My boyfriend works doing service jobs and people tell him all the time where a key is hidden. He told me they are so obvious. I didn't want something that was obvious. Plus I wanted something that could pass the test in weather conditions. I'm not one to put the house key in it. I do a treasure hunt. The key is always to something else and then something else. No one will ever just find a key to my home. lol But it does work.
Update: For all the negative people saying bad things. I was locked out after I got home from bible study. I put it to the true test. It opened to my combination with no problem. My Mom has now passed and I don't like handing out keys to my neighbors. This isn't the 1950's. So I depend on it.
