Kill Skill Based Vex Build Theory - Borderlands 4

This gun build mainly focuses around stacking kill skill bonuses and keeping them up via crits. The focus here is on the taking any gun and making them hit harder and shoot faster. Guns with high fire rates and big mags will probably perform best.
Overall stats:
All Damage bonus = 60% (Grave Fiends)
Gun Damage bonus = 150% (Grave implements + Witchy Trigger Finger + Cold Iron)
Fire rate bonus = 75% (Grave Assault + Drink Full)
Critical hit bonus = 60% (Grave Sights)
Life steal = 2%, 4% when action skill is active (Essence Leech)
Max Health bonus = 65% (Grave Vitality)
Health Regen = 6.5% (Grave Vitality)
Crit chance = 15% (Target Prescience)
KIll skill on crit = 5% (Mortal Terror)
