finally here it is the 1037 update

it has been awhile since i checked for updates so this update is the latest but compared to release it is old

NOTE:
first install the patch and then the hotfix if not you are asking for errors,
also the hotfix does not change the version number so your game will still say 1037 only if you join a server that does not have the hotfix you will get connection errors stating you have the wrong/different version or something in that spirit
