This is a video showing what Killing Floor 2 looks like run on a low end laptop/PC. This laptop has an Intel 4000 HD graphics card, 4 gigs of RAM, and a core i7 CPU. The laptop was not running hot, so performance will degrade after an hour or so of gameplay. If you can handle a bit of lag (15 - 20 FPS) and have a laptop or PC with similar or better specs you should be able to run the game.
