Kim Davis WILL be held PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE for Anti-Marriage Crusade
2,956Anti-Marriage Crusader Kim Davis has been denied "qualified immunity". The qualified immunity doctrine protects police and other public servants from personal liability while doing their jobs. Without immunity, Kim Davis can be held personally financially responsible for her actions in denying marriage licenses to both gay and straight couples.

After the Obergefell v. Hodges decision declaring marriage a right for everyone, KY state clerk Kim Davis refused to sign her name to new marriage licenses. Now Kentucky taxpayers will foot the bill in one case while Davis herself is denied qualified immunity in another.
