Alliances can choose Meteorite Iron and Steel for Alliance Celebration chests from the Spirit Altar but, this decision is not possible for individual players. For members of top 10 alliances, it is available from the Netherfall Shop.

Notes since release. Thank you for @nobody's random videos for pointing out that Barbarian Chests have now been removed from the game. You can now see that you may get Meteorite Iron from the Rally Report after you have hit barbarians. So keep on hitting them ;-)
