King of Fighters Memorial Boss Fight: Gustav Munchausen + Yukino Ending + KOFM SP credits
278Final boss fight against Gustav Munchausen. This video includes Yukino ending and KOFM SP credits. I decided to do the Yukino ending here in KOFM SP just for its credits. I play sloppy this time just for thrills =P
In terms of Gustav's behavior here in KOFM SP, it seems that the behavior slightly changed compare to KOFM 1.0 (you'll notice it in the video). Also, the move when he sets up the string somewhere that when you hit it you get supressed by it, it seemed to be buggy (especially when Yukino's freezing move hits it, which ends up making a clone of her unlike in 1.0 it simply goes through the string) and it also triggers even though you do a throw move (does this only apply on Yukino's throw move or it applies to everybody?). Other than that, nothing much special.
In terms of my ranking about who is the most challenging boss in King of Fighters Memorial, here are they from most to least:
1. Goenitz (1.0)- I almost lost hope at figuring out how to beat him. But I'm able to come up with some ways to beat him. Sadly I wasn't able to come up with a way that can apply to all.
2. Krizalid- Due to him spamming that dash move, which tends to be fast, it requires quick reaction to respond to him, which is fairly tiring. Also, makes him challenging due to his unpredictableness at some point.
3. Gustav/Psyqhical- I can't choose between these two who's more difficult. but here's the reason why they are under the same rank:
-Gustav: he can catch you off guard if you're not careful. His pressure is rage inducing.
-Psyqhical: That "slow time" move is the most annoying move I ever dealt with in my whole fighting gaming career.
4. Igniz/Original Zero- same as above:
-Igniz:dealing with timing is pretty much of a pain in the ass. Get hit by him= you just got run over by a car
-Original Zero: endurance battle is another pain in the ass
5. Iori Clone-9 (KOFM 1.0)- Pressure + catch you off guard + 3 different modes + infinite power bar= killer
6. Orochi (KOFM SP)- he can give you decent challenge
7. Kyo Clone-10 (KOFM 1.0)- keeping up with the strategy may be rage inducing.
8. Kusanagi- may have speed buff but can be dealt with it easily w/ certain characters.
9. Orochi (KOFM 1.0)- AI is too predictable. FLAWLESS VICTORY!!
These ranking are my opinions about them. feel free to disagree and share you rankings as well =).
