Simple video this week. I've not seen a model swap video for KOF XIV. Always wanted to know what Kyo would look like with some of Iori's moves, lol, I guess now I do. :)

KOF XIV's been on PC for a while and I've not yet seen too many mods going on for it. I poked around to see how much freedom we have with the game. From what I understand, meshes can't be edited yet, so most of the mods done this far are just texture mods, so I'm surprised these model swaps even worked.

Some work really well (Kyo X Iori, Vice X Mature, Ralf X Clark) and other characters that have a more unique bone structure (?) obviously create distortions. Lots of "monkey face" (as it were called in SF4), I probably missed some things.

I was really just experimenting and recorded stuff as I got "results". The sum of those clips is this video. :)
