Kingdom Hearts 1: Riku/Ansem 2 no damage/special attacks
To execute this strategy, you need Dodge Roll, Guard, Counterattack, and 1 Combo Plus ability. Blitz is also very helpful, since it knocks him back a bit further than the normal finisher.
Riku/Ansem (or Rikunort, if you prefer =P) is programmed to counter your combos after every 4 hits (at the beginning of the battle, he'll counter with his 2-hit dashing slash). If the 4th hit is a finisher--which it always will be with 1 Combo Plus--you have enough time to Guard the counter, then use Counterattack after Guard to combo him again.
Once you take off about 1/8 of his yellow HP bar, he'll start countering with his spinning attack, then he'll follow up with the usual dash slash attack. This only requires you to alter your tactics a little bit; after you finish a combo on him, Dodge Roll away to avoid the spinning attack, then Guard+Counterattack like you did before. Repeat as needed.
Using this method, you can get and keep him in a loop where he's forced to use the same 1-2 attacks over and over again. He won't even be able to use his super attack.
