Mother knows WORST. Seriously, this fight sucked, though I made things WAY harder on myself by going her before Toy Box. I just wanted to see what doing things "out of order" would be like. Never again...

All of this boss' attacks have tells, though with the sheer length of this fight on Lv 1 the main danger is getting complacent.

Head-Slam
Tell: She stops and rears back.
This attack is pretty easy to block if you know the timing, and it's also the best time to get hits in, as it's the only real safe opening she has besides the tower. If you don't block this might inflict Sneeze status on you, which is annoying but not too dangerous.

Helicopter
Tell: Heli-blades come out of her arms.
This attack is also simple to block if you see it coming, but it can easily catch you off guard, especially if she's out of view. I've been "sniped" by this before, so always make sure you know where she is.

Birds
Tell: She floats high into the air and roars.
The birds glow when they're about to fly at you, so that's your cue to get ready to block. This is her most annoying attack, I find, as there's a LONG delay between summoning the birds and sending them at you, and she can use another attack in between. Helicopter + Birds is the worst combination, depending on the delay between them the timing to block both can be really awkward. I've been killed by this combo a lot.

"Hug"
Tell: There isn't much of one, just be ready to air dodge when hitting her face.
She can do this twice in a row, but I've never seen her doing it 3 times. Always be ready for a second.

She starts using two new attacks as her health goes down.

Tower
Tell: Her eyes glow.
I'd sort of consider this a "DM". Getting out of the first two fences is easy, and the run to the tower isn't too bad if you spam dodge roll. Once you're on the tower though, the falling fruit are very random and they 2-shot you. I prefer to stay in the air as much as possible to avoid them. This move does let you get a lot of hits in, at least.

Flowers
Tell: She brings her lower arms together and wiggles her fingers.
If you see the tell, RUN! The flowers will try and grab you, and if you don't escape in time IT'S A ONESHOT ON LV1. Thanks to Youtube videos, I found out YOU CAN ESCAPE BY SHOTLOCKING. It doesn't matter how many hits, so just use a quick one. ALWAYS save your Focus in this fight, in case you need to escape a flower. Trust me, you don't want to get caught with no Focus later on.
Try to move the fight to areas with no flowers if you can. If you're really unlucky, she can spam this and leave very few "safe spots" in the area, which is a pain.
