You can manipulate Sköll movement at the start, experiment with it to make sure you get him in a good position. Avoid using upwards block, prefer big blocks. If you finisher really early, he might summon wolves fast which you don't want. During the Simba loop pay attention to Sköll stagger animation. There's a longer and a shorter one. You can give your party ethers or other items for safety but it's not reliable. Can potentially save you if you lack damage or speed up DM if it comes to that. Can't claim this is consistent, there's a lot of things that can happen. Do practice and be prepared.
