Some notes on the strat:
1. Try not to use airstep when new meteors appear, as they can often hit you before you can summon Ralph. It's possible to recover from getting hit though (4th clip)
2. Select an easy block to place at first. Having to do a 180 turn mid air while keeping the right height is really difficult
3. Don't place blocks where Xehanort will appear, as that might make him get pushed somewhere else
4. Have downwards blocks set up so you can add the upwards block to the chain below them
5. After placing the last block (upwards block), if Ralph would get in the way of Xehanort, jump off. Otherwise, you can try to stay there and push Xehanort to the middle of your blocks once he appears if he's otherwise not in a good spot
6. Longer chains mean more damage. In other words, the later an explosion occurs in the chain reaction, the more damage it deals. Keep this in mind if your damage is lacking

In terms of preparation, I had Ever After with 7 upgrades, 13 magic from accessories, 4 from food (hearty meal), and if I'm not mistaken 6 magic boosts (the ones we get in the speedrun). If you come into the fight with less than full MP, you can ether once or probably even twice before the shotlock.
