This took me a few tries. It seems like the angle must be right against the corner when using Sonic Blade. This was done on PS4 Pro 1.03. To move while out of bounds, it helps to get hit so you can get some air, since you can't jump otherwise in most places. As you can see, I was able to reach the mansion, but the trigger wasn't there. Instead, the Powerwild fight trigger was, but instead of Powerwilds, Demon Tide stayed as it was. I tried the mansion again but nothing still. I went back to town to kill Demon Tide and the NPC's were now there, talking. I finished the fight and everything was back to normal, but I couldn't trigger the Powerwild fight until reloading the area. After that, I had to reload again to trigger the mansion. Sorry no video of this since I relied on PS4 Share. I might test it some more later.
