Ah, Ansem...the final boss of KH1. I've never faced him as a DLC boss, and boy what a battle this this!

You're going to want your Dark damage resistance to be at least 72%. This is achievable through Royal Ribbon armor and 2 chaos anklets. Data Ansem (Xehanort's heartless if we're being technical) throws A LOT of dark attacks at you. If you're not good at blocking and dodging, you'll need all that damage reduced to keep from having to constantly cast Curaga or using up precious healing items.

Beware his DM! Get to close to the dark orbs he summons and they'll suck you in and do ridiculous damage. Fail to block the energy shots they fire and you can be hit with any number of status effects such as freeze or storm cloud, for example. The second phase DM is even deadlier...
