If you've played Chain Of Memories, then I'm sure you recognize each of these bosses from Castle Oblivion. These are some of the most difficult fights in the series. They're way harder than anything in KH1, without a doubt. There are ways to make these fights easier, though, but you gotta have the right stuff.

Axel:
Blades: Bond Of Flame (For aesthetics. Mysterious Abyss has higher damage output with Blizzaga spam.)
Guardian Soul: Boosts the power of the Reaction Command needed to put out the fire and end the fight.
Armor: Firagun Band (x4) Offers the highest resistance to Fire Damage, even better than Ribbons.
Accessories: Star Charm (x3) Cosmic Arts (1)
Items: Megalixirs (Because you're literally being burned alive throughout the fight, and you cannot spam Curaga like in KH1).

Larxene:
Blade: Winner's Proof. Boasts the strongest Reflega damage output, and you will be casting that spell often in this fight to block Thunder spam.
Armor: Shock Charm+ (4) Offers the highest Thunder damage resistance even beyond Ribbons. They may or may not matter to you since she can cast more than enough Thunder spells in rapid succession to easily kill you regardless, but it's an option.
Accessories: Shadow Archive (x4)
Items: Megalixirs.

Vexen
Blades: Fenrir (Normal Form) Bond Of Flame (Final Form)
Armor: Blizzagun Armlet (x3) Grand Ribbon (x1)
Accessories: Star Charm(3) Cosmic Arts (1)
Items: Megalixir

Marluxia:
Blade: Sweet Memories (A representative of Cure Magic to oppose Marluxia's element of death.)
Armor: Chaos Anklet (x4) For the best resistance to Dark damage.
Accessories: Star Charm (x3) Cosmic Arts (x1)
Items: Megalixirs
