I initially thought this had to be done with the Blizzard combo so early in the game, but I gave a try last couple days and I did it without. I'm really not sure if I've got really lucky or not.

Anyway, these are my restrictions:
No Damage
No Magic
No Drive
No Limit
No Item
No using stat boosts

*Strategy*

The fight starts as Shan Yu calls Nightwalkers to destroy the door. You want your allies (possibly take out Goofy from the party) to take them while you focus on Shan Yu, so set them on separate attack and sometimes grab the orbs so the fight won't suddenly end by the doors being destroyed.

As Shan Yu approaches you, Guard his attack and an RC sequence begins; mash the Triangle button and then punish him with 3 combos, don't do another one or he'll break out.

When he has a bit more than 1 HP bar, the last phase begins, and this is when it gets annoying to do no damage. He'll charge himself and dash at you; while you can Guard it, his falcon will try to attack you. On CM you do not want this to happen because you take a lot of damage; attack the bird right before Shan Yu dashes at you. There's a lot of luck involved in this phase.
