Previously, the party cleared the second part of Port Royal and foiled Ursula's Revenge in Atlantica. Now, they will undertake the Titan Cup, which unlocks in Olympus Coliseum after Hades is defeated as part of the storyline.

So, they land at Olympus Coliseum (time 0:55). For preparations, you only have to worry about Sora. Summon Boost and Combination Boost are good abilities for him to have. Magnera and Thundara are good choices. Reflera is also helpful.

Once he is ready, he talks to Panic to begin the Titan Cup (time 1:40). This tournament can be a pain because Sora starts out with 300 points. These points are lost as he takes damage, and they cannot be restored. He must clear the entire match without losing all his points. The bright side is that he can use Summons like crazy in this match.

Stitch is a great choice of Summons for this fight. His ukulele is excellent for getting Sora's score up. Stitch is also an excellent defensive partner, as he can deflect many enemy attacks. He is desirable also because he will refill Sora's MP.

Match 1 starts against Magnum Loaders and Dusks (time 2:28). Not a difficult round. This is actually a decent round to lower Sora's HP to critical. When his HP is at critical, Stitch will play his ukulele continuously, which keeps enemies stunned and racks up points for Sora.

In Match 2, Sora faces a Morning Star and Assassins (time 4:50). Be careful not to let the Assassins explode on Sora, and don't get crushed by the Morning Star's jumps.

Match 3 features Strafers and Berserkers (time 6:05). Stealing a Berserker's blade for reaction commands is quite helpful for surviving this round.

In Match 4, Sora faces Trick Ghosts and Snipers (time 6:48). If you're a fan of Magnera, realize that the magnet field won't hold Trick Ghosts, though it will stun them for just a moment.

Match 5 pits Sora against Neoshadows and Dancers (time 7:34). Do not allow the Dancers to latch onto Sora and throw him; this will cause him a ton of damage.

In Match 6, Sora faces a Bookmaster, Air Pirates, and Dragoons (time 8:12). Each of these enemies can be dangerous, particularly the Bookmaster.

Match 7 features Crimson Jazz and Samurai (time 8:56). Both types of enemies can be quite hazardous, especially the Crimson Jazz's fiery attacks.

Match 8 pits Sora against Minute Bombs, Assassins, and Snipers (time 9:34). With Stitch's help, this is not very difficult, but do watch out for explosions from the Minute Bombs and Assassins.

The next-to-last round, Match 9, features a Devastator, Dancers, and Berserkers (time 10:36). This is a deadly combination. Devastators seem to shrug off Magnera. If you can manage to steal a Berserker blade, it will decimate the enemy force.

The final round, Match 10, pits Sora against the son of Zeus himself, Hercules (time 11:37). Unfortunately, Herc cannot be milked for score orbs. In Critical Mode, any of his attacks can be lethal. However, his attacks are not terribly difficult to avoid, and getting him in a combo is not difficult. Unlike in the first game, he does not attain lasting invincibility, maybe because he's fighting in the Underworld. For whatever reason, he relies on his powerful fists and does not use the his sword. He loves to showboat. Stay well clear when he leaps and smashes his fists into the ground, creating a shockwave. Look out as well when he glows, which results in a powerful attack. He is not invulnerable to getting stunned by Magnera or Thundara, but don't count on it. After he charges around the battlefield, he will be short of breath for a moment, making this a perfect chance for a combo. A combo finisher is required for dealing the final blow to Herc the Jerk. My main piece of advice: don't get careless, even if he only has one point of HP left.

After some work, Sora finally finishes off Hercules (time 16:49). The party has to wake up Pain and Panic to get their well-deserved Titan Cup! Also, the party acquires the Genji Shield, a nice weapon for Goofy. Further, they acquire the Skillful Ring, which increases Max AP by 5.

The player also earns the trophy "Artisan Hero" for clearing the Titan Cup.

After regaining control, I show off the Artisan Hero trophy (time 17:57). The Genji Shield is not quite as good as the Akashic Record, but its intrinsic Hyper Healing makes it an attractive alternative.

The party then reviews the new Jiminy's Journal entries for clearing the Titan Cup (time 19:04). Jiminy's score requirement is 5,000 or more, which is a fairly lofty goal.

Thank you for watching!
