This is one of those upgrade the property tasks but it features a bit of dungeon diving too, well mine diving at least. Every time you upgrade the mine it expands with more loot available and the game helpfully warps you there for convenient plundering. You also upgrade the mining office and it ends up being quite a nice pad, like your own personal inn, the main drawback being it's out in the middle of nowhere with no traders nearby.

My inventory fills up during this one so I detour to Whitestone to offload some of it. After the quest I pop by Mooncamp to sell a few things and contribute some peasant clothes to the "Sartorial Splendor" task. Then my work in Detyre done for now so I head over to Rathir to finally prepare for the voyage to Mel Senshir, where a whole new land awaits.
