(edit: i managed to fix the shaky text this video by setting Interlacing to default, but i did accidently remove the nvidia sharpness filter that was hooked in the game, that should be back in part 6)
config - video - pluggin settings:
D3d11 renderer
1440p or 4K internal resolution
16x anisotropic filtering

the rest = default settings


Enable HW Hacks - Advanced settings and hacks - Enable preload framedata and set skipdraw range 1to1 (the former fixes invisible lava, the latter fixes blurry text


For 60 FPS you need the NTSC version of the game, PAL only runs at 50


For widescreen look up the PCSX2 widescreen patch list on how to instal and set System - enable cheats and widescreen patches on (the former might not be required anymore and widescreen patch may just work out of the box, im not sure)


Lines in liquid and sky + flickering textures is caused by higher than native internal resolution, there is no way to fix this sadly other than playing on opengl software renderer
