DESCRIPTION: A complete video playthrough for Roberta Williams' and Sierra On-Line's King's Quest I (1984), the first ever adventure game with a complete graphic interface. Recorded in DOSBox. Collecting all 158/158 points, displaying the majority of available text output (but no death scenes), and slightly improving the classic experience with a patch that converts the original PC speaker sounds to a piano-like minimalistic MIDI soundtrack.

PLOT: As simple as it gets - in order to inherit the crown from the dying king Edward, Prince Graham has to recover the three long-lost treasures of the failing Kingdom of Daventry: a magic mirror which allows to see into the future, a magic chest that is always filled with gold, and a magic shield that protects its bearer from all harm. Along the way, Prince Graham meets many familiar fairy-tale characters who can either help or impede him in his quests.
