So, my brother and I dug out our old Gameboy SPs and each got a copy of Amazing Mirror on a whim near the end of last year. I have to say, this is easily the best game in the series that I've played, outclassing Canvas Curse and Return to Dreamland by a tiny bit. Almost all the best powers make an appearance, and the Metroidvania layout with Kirby's copy abilities is a match made in heaven.

In this series, I'll blitz through the areas, cleaning out every chest and room as quickly as possible. I used slowdown/savestates in recording, so expect to see some bosses get demolished and some incredibly lucky Mix powers. Consider that an added bonus. Normally, I'll play through the areas in order, but seeing as you have to clear a fair amount of Area 2 before unlocking the other areas, I've reversed the order of the first two worlds. Also, as soon as I get a Spray Paint, I'll switch to show the new color in the following room; normally you access those through the Collection Room on the file select menu.

Moonlight Mansion isn't very complicated, although the room with the Area-6 warp can be a bit of a pain if you don't watch out for the Bronto Burts. It and Rainbow Route give you a while to figure out the game and sample most of the powers the game has to offer. Finally, a notable thing you should pick up on fairly easily, but I didn't catch until after beating the game - the size of the star above a mirror tells you whether you can go back through it or not.
