The next areas Kirby enters in Winter Horns has him getting through the cold winds and the frozen sea, and he then goes through a boss rush against a bunch of mid-bosses on a large bridge, which could lead him to the next boss fight at Winter Horns.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I do the rest of Winter Horns, and starting off is Windy, Freezing Seas, the water can damage you by the way, and there is wind blowing continuously, the Needle Ability can get through the wind without slowing down, and this is an Ability you will want for one of the objectives where you have to find a cave that is safe from the wind. There is enjoy 3 meals at sea, and that is the Ring Mouth objective, and all of the food can be found on the water. The third area has a blueprint that you really want to pick up, to get it, you have to make use of Scissor-Lift Mouth to reach the treasure chest which contains the blueprint for Dragon Fire, this is the fully evolved version of Fire, it is even more powerful than Volcano Fire. Dragon Fire has more range, and for the Burn attack, Kirby can travel much further, this is really good in boss battles due to the damage over time effect when you burn them, and it is my favourite evolved Copy Ability in this game. There is a secret underground area where you can find the fifth Waddle Dee, which makes use of igniting the fuse and avoiding the Gordo while using Scissor-Lift Mouth.
With that world completed, the next place is The Battle of Blizzard Bridge, which is like the Tower of Mid-Bosses stage of this game, and I like the music as well, but I don't like the objectives that much. You fight in order, Wild Edge, Fleurina, Wild Bonkers, and Twin Wild Frosty, and at the end, you can get a blueprint for Frosty Ice, which is an evolved version of Ice, and Kirby can create snowmen themed around Mr. Frosty when shooting frozen breath, and this is a good improvement over Ice.
After each mid-boss is a secret room where you can save the Waddle Dees using the Copy Abilities earned from beating the bosses, from Wild Edge, you can use Sword to cut the vine and use Cone Mouth to free the first Waddle Dee, and there are wanted posters throughout the course. After beating Fleurina, you can use Tornado to access Vending Mouth to save the second Waddle Dee. For beating Wild Bonkers, you will need Hammer to pound the stake, and there is a Mookie in that area if you didn't pick up the Hammer Ability for beating Wild Bonkers, and it does put you on a timer to save the Waddle Dee, so you will need to make use of Car Mouth for this one. Then the fight with Twin Wild Frosty, and one of the tasks is to beat them without taking any damage, you might want to put your dodging skills to the test, and after beating both Wild Frostys, you will need Ice to freeze the Kabu to activate the switch, and use Pipe Mouth to save the fifth Waddle Dee. There is a secret path where you fight Twin versions of bosses, you fight Twin Wild Edge, then Twin Fleurina, then Twin Bonkers, and for Wild Frosty, you fight just him, and then you fight Twin Wild Frosty, and what makes this even harder is that there are two Shotzos on the field. The harder path has better rewards, like a ton of Star Coins, and you can get more figures than the standard path, but I think the standard path is better for completing the Twin Frosty challenge, and I do like the concept of how there are two different paths, there is the standard path, and the secret path which is much harder than the standard path.
