There is one world left in the game, that is Redgar Forbidden Lands, this fiery area has a bunch of tough enemies, and there are a lot of hazards to watch out for, like lava balls coming down, and it puts to test many different Abilities obtained throughout the adventure.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

As Redgar Forbidden Land has five regular courses, I will be doing three in this video, the first course is Enter the Fiery Forbidden Lands, and for the missions, one of them is to defeat two lookout Awoofies, this should be easy as they are on top of the watchtowers, and they call in the reinforcements when you get near to them. Some parts of the ground sink into the lava, and that is where the 5 star pieces are at in order to save the first Waddle Dee. The second Waddle Dee requires Drill, and there is a hidden passageway where the Drill Ability comes to use, the last area has a bunch of lava balls coming down, so you will have to use Water-Balloon Mouth to destroy them.
The second level is Conquer the Inferno Road, one of the missions is to steal the beasts' meaty meals, there are two of them in the first area, and along the way, there is a Bomber where you can get the Crash Ability, which you will need to beat Wild Frosty with for one of the missions. The second area puts Ice to the test, because you can skate over lava with that Ability, and cool down fire blocks to use as platforms, and there is a secret area where you have to use various Mouthful Modes to save the Waddle Dee in that room. In the final area, you can use Ring Mouth to activate the Windmill Switches, allowing you to use the moving platforms and control the boat through the lava, and you will need Ranger for the end of the course, because there is a target which you can shoot, and it gives you the blueprint for Space Ranger. While it has slower Rapid-Fire than Noble Ranger, Space Ranger is more powerful, and if you charge up, you can shoot out a black hole sphere that deals a lot of damage, making this really good for fighting bosses.
Next is Burning, Churning Power Plant, which is supposed to be a reference to Factory Tour from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, and it has conveyor belts and crushing hazards, and one of the objectives is to not be crushed once. There are three cups of coffee that you can find throughout the course, there are in three different areas, and the first objective is to find the control room, where you have to break the boxes and get on top of the crusher and enter the control room to the left, and after that, leave that room from where you entered, and climb the ladder to access a new path that leads to the HAL Room, where you can use an Ability to destroy the blocks, then use Vending Mouth on the letters to get some Star Coins and figures, and the HAL Room for this area plays an 8-bit version of the HAL Rooms from the previous areas.
Then the conveyor belt area with a bunch of crushers, and accessing the secret path allows you to pick up the blueprint for Deep Sleep, an upgraded version of the Sleep Ability, and this one is really good, because you can choose when to go to sleep, and Kirby receives a random boost, like Life Up, Attack Boost, or Speed Boost, but it can only go up to 200 seconds.
Next is an obstacle course where you have to get to the end without being crushed, and you can get Vending Mouth throughout the course, and we then get an area where you have to use the correct Mouthful Mode to get through the gaps, and that is the end of the course.
